Welcome to aark.vision. By using this site, you agree to these terms. They're short — please read them.
1. What this site is
aark.vision is the website for Aark and our upcoming product, Aark 1. Right now, the site provides information about the product and lets you join a waitlist by submitting your email address.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and is not a purchase, preorder, reservation, or guarantee of a product, price, or delivery date. It simply signs you up to receive updates about Aark 1. You can leave the waitlist at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.
3. Product information
Aark 1 is in development. All specifications, features, images, renderings, and dates shown on this site are targets and subject to change. Product visuals include concept renders that may differ from the final product. Nothing on this site is a promise of final specifications, availability, or pricing.
4. Your use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access non-public systems or data, or submit information that isn't yours (such as someone else's email address without their permission).
5. Our content
The Aark name, logo, product designs, images, videos, and site content belong to Aark or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them commercially without our written permission. You're welcome to share links to the site.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. It's part of these terms.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aark will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed $100.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time — for example, when we begin taking reservations or orders, additional terms will apply. We'll post updates on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
